Sky 4 spreads 103 sqm across two levels, with room for four guests and enough separation that nobody has to negotiate the bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite. Downstairs, a second bedroom with twin beds works for kids, friends, or the travel companion who snores.

Both bedrooms come with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, premium linens and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and granite finishes.

The living area is open-plan: a deep sofa, a 55″ Smart TV and sliding glass doors onto the pool deck. The kitchen is properly equipped, with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, oven, rice cooker and food mixer. Cook yourself, or book a private chef and let someone else handle it.

Outside, the infinity pool looks straight out over the Gulf of Thailand. The alfresco table seats four, which makes long lunches the default plan.

Bay Villas manages everything on site: housekeeping, maintenance, front office and concierge. Spa treatments come to the villa. Flow Café delivers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
